How does cash on delivery (COD) work?
You order online and pay cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. There is no online payment and no card needed. The amount you pay is the order total shown at checkout — the price of your items plus any shipping fee — handed over in rupees at your door.
When do I pay — at checkout or on delivery?
On delivery. Nothing is charged when you place the order. Keep the exact cash total ready for the courier; you can inspect the sealed parcel before paying. If you ordered the wrong size, our returns process covers you after delivery.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
CZARWEAR delivers to every city and town in Pakistan through our courier partners. Major cities usually receive orders in 2–4 working days; remote areas can take a little longer. Your exact delivery window and any shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.
How much is shipping, and is it ever free?
Shipping is a flat rupee fee added at checkout, the same nationwide. Orders at or above the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart ship free — the checkout tells you how much more to add to qualify. The COD total always includes shipping so there are no surprises.
What if my t-shirt does not fit — can I return it?
Yes. If the size is wrong or the item is faulty, start a return through the Returns & Refunds page. Because orders are cash on delivery, refunds are issued by the method we agree with you. Items should be unworn with tags attached.
What size should I order?
Use the size guide on every product page — it lists chest and length in centimetres for S to XL. Our oversized cuts run roomy, so size down for a closer fit. When you are between sizes, your usual size is the safe choice.
What fabric and weight are the t-shirts?
Most CZARWEAR tees are heavyweight 240 GSM combed cotton, pre-shrunk so they hold their shape. Each product page lists the exact GSM, blend and fit. Heavier fabric means a structured drape that does not go sheer in Pakistan’s heat.
How do I track my order?
Open the Orders page and enter your order number with the mobile or email you used, or sign in to see every order. Each order shows a live status timeline from placed to delivered. You also get an email and SMS as the status changes.
