Returns & Refunds
If something is not right, we make returns straightforward. Because orders are cash on delivery, refunds are arranged directly with you.
What can be returned
Unworn items with their original tags attached can be returned for a wrong size, a fault, or a wrong item received. Start a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting support with your order number.
How refunds work for COD
Since no money is taken online, refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are issued by the method we agree with you — typically a bank or mobile-wallet transfer — once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick check.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Tell us when you start the return and we will reserve the replacement where stock allows, then ship it on the same cash-on-delivery basis.
Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact support within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we will make it right at no cost to you.
