We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order, and we protect it.
What we collect
To process a cash-on-delivery order we collect your name, delivery address, mobile number and email, plus the items in your order. If you create an account, we also store your saved addresses and a securely hashed password.
How we use it
Your details are used to pack, ship and deliver your order, to send order updates by email and SMS, and to provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
Data protection and retention
Passwords are hashed with argon2id and never stored in plain text. Order records are retained for the period required for accounting and dispute resolution, in line with applicable Pakistani law (including PECA), and then minimised.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile and saved addresses from your account, and contact support to request access to or deletion of your data where the law allows.
